Creating psychologically safe environments
This workshop helps participants define and learn to create psychological safety, especially as it relates to the environment they work in. We'll discuss barriers to psychological safety and ways in which both trauma and resilience play a role. We'll also touch on burnout and what happens if you don't address psychological safety in your workplace.
Programming that is trauma and healing informed
This workshop is about creating programming that will define what trauma looks like in your specific work, and also what healing looks like in your specific work and how your program falls. In this workshop, we'll explore the possible challenges you could come across and outline a pathway forward that includes things that anchor you in a changing world.

As you advance in your career, it’s common for your values and priorities to shift, too. This workshop will help you define some of your values and assess how to grow and work in a way that stays in alignment with them.
Managing grief while at work
Grief may enter into your life at different points of your career. In this workshop, we'll explore how to navigate individual loss in the workplace, including how to communicate your needs and adjust what work may look like for you as you manage your grief.
Managing an ADHD diagnosis as an adult
If you're an adult that got a late ADHD diagnosis, you may be wondering how ADHD impacts your performance at work and interactions with others. In this workshop, we'll lay some foundations around ADHD and explore various areas of executive functioning. Participants will do a quick assessment, after which we'll look at how to bolster the executive function areas that are most impacted. Our goal is to help you communicate and feel supported while at work.
